Ich bin seit ca. 10 Jahren Kundin bei Urban Spa und besuche abwechselnd alle Filialen, da ich außerhalb von Hamburg wohne. Eigentlich bin ich immer sehr zufrieden gewesen bis auf die Tatsache, dass das Personal ständig wechselt. Leider ist der Nagellack nicht richtig trocken gewesen, obwohl zwei Mitarbeiterinnen abwechselnd geprüft haben und ich vorausschauend länger geblieben bin. Zuhause musste ich beide großen Nägel neu lackieren und das bei einem Preis von 48,-- Euro.

I received a voucher for my birthday last year and finally, with two children under two, found a window of opportunity to use it and spoil myself. I wish I had chosen another treatment. I don't think the Spa Rituals Luxus Manikur was worth all that money. The hand massage which I looked forward to the most was so short. During my treatment, customers came through the door and my manicurist dropped me to serve them. At one point I felt very irritated by the pop radio music playing from one side and eastern meditation music from your other side of the salon. I couldn't have a coffee because there was no ordinary milk. I was in uncomfortable on that chair leaning forward. I spent most of my hour with my hands soaking in an awkward position in a bowl or wrapped in cling foil for the mask. The girl who did my manicure was very sweet but I did not walk out feeling pampered and I don't know what was 'luxus' about my manicure. I don't like to criticise but I was disappointed and have to tell the truth. I wouldn't come back for a manicure... not at that price.
