alles bestens, die freundlichkeit ist nicht unbedingt das aushöngeschild. aber mit der pediküre war ich sehr zufrieden.

Ich hatte um 10 Uhr einen Termin. Das Studio öffnete erst um 10:05 Uhr.

Besides the color being nice, everything else was just so-so. It was on the pricier side for the service I was given. It seemed like they didn’t really have a booking calendar so they were taking clients as they walked in. My friend and I booked at the same time, but from the time I was finished they hadn’t started on my friend and in total we spent nearly 3 hours in the salon and we only got pedicures. She also cut me multiple times and I bled. I’m used to going to more sanitary places where they don’t reuse steel appliances without thoroughly cleaning them. I also saw one of the ladies using a used pumice stone on multiple people. It was really gross, thankfully it wasn’t used on me.

I booked through Treatwell but when I arrived they said their colleague is sick and I have to transfer my appointment to other day or time, They told me I can came back one hour later, but again they weren’t ready at all. I waited half an hour and finally one of them start doing my facial but in the laziest and untidiness way. I read other reviews on google map and apparently this is a common issue in Hani beauty.
