Obwohl ich zu spät angekommen bin, konnte ich den Termin doch wahrnehmen. Die sind immer sehr nett und flexibel.

Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett, hat einen aber nicht immer verstanden.
Würde mir etwas mehr Hygiene wünschen.

I would unfortunately not recommend this place at all - the staff was friendly and welcoming at first, and my first service, a pedicure, was decent, despite the fact that the salon is not super clean. So far the experience would have been 4-star, but unfortunately things got a bit worse. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for my next service (a gel manicure) - not a huge deal, however, when another customer with an appointment showed up 30 minutes before their scheduled time I was treated quite rudely. The manicurist completely rushed through the rest of my service (literally a normally 50 minute service took approximately 10). The resulting gel/shellac manicure was awful. There was polish all over my cuticles and fingers. The manicurist tried to file off the bits that got on my skin, but only to mediocre results. To make matters worse, because she filed all of my nails, literally the same day two of my nails chipped (a decent gel/shellac manicure should last at least a week), and now (3 days later) I will have to have the entire manicure replaced. Not sure why the manicurist felt the need to rush my service even though I waited for another customer, but I will not be going back.
