Welcome to GUTS Work.
This is a space designed for people who are used to functioning at a high level and who notice that constant mental load eventually harms the body.
Here, the focus is on the abdomen, the nervous system, and the fascial tissues that tend to hold deep, accumulated tension over time. Gentle, targeted work helps release internal pressure, improve mobility in the belly area, and support your system in shifting out of chronic “holding mode”.
While a single session can already bring relief, many clients choose to work through a short series of GUTS Massages (minimum 5) to allow for a more complete reset : physically and mentally.
For those going through periods of transition or seeking clearer direction, I also offer the GUTS Challenge : a guided process combining bodywork and practical reflection to help you define your priorities, take action, and bring more movement and fun back into your daily life.
