Der Salon könnte zwar ein bisschen schöner sein, jedoch waren die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich. Die Naturnagelverstärkung wurde professionell durchgeführt & ist auch optisch sehr schön! Für den Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern & ich werde den Salon wieder besuchen!

I was overall really disappointed in the mani-pedi I booked at Gold through Treatwell. The nail salon smelled musty to start, but that's quite superficial. The real problem was with the actual service. Four days after, the base of my nails are still sore and red from where the nail tech trimmed the extra skin—she actually cut too deeply in some places and I have some scabbing and even new pieces of skin that have popped up from where she cut. Nail polish was of poor quality and limited selection, and I had to ask for a top coat of clear polish on my nails after I realized she hadn't given my toes a top coat. Finally, during my pedicure, the toe seperators managed to break the strap of the foam flip flop they give you to walk around in while your nails try. Instead of having a backup pair readily available (what nail salon doesn't have a box of those in the back??), my nail tech's colleague went to the back room and returned with a pair of someone's actual sandals with a velcro strap that I had to wear.
Finally—I'm not including this in my rating, because this might be a cultural difference between German and American manicures (not sure!)—I was under the impression that color usually came with a manicure and pedicure unless it was listed separately (as some salons do). My 22 euro mani-pedi became a 30 mani-pedi as I was preparing to leave at the end of the visit. It took me by surprise, but again, I'm not including that in my rating. The rest of the service quality speaks for itself.

Sehr schlechte erfahrung. Farbe ging schon am selben tag ab obwohl ich sehr aufgepasst habe.

Der Termin konnte pünktlich eingehalten werden, demnach keine warte Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett, aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Allerdings sind die Räumlichkeiten zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht sauber und eine halbe Baustelle. Mir fehlt es auch an der Einhaltung der Hygiene Standards während der Behandlung.
