The first time I went, I had a great experience with a Shellac Mani and Pedi. The second time I went, I got a regular Mani and in less than 24hours the nail polish began to chip. I'm not yet sure if they use cheap nail polish or the beautician did a bad job but needless to say, I'm totally shocked and frustrated.
On a brighter note, I went back the day after to show the salon and they agreed to give me a discount on the next appointment (since I didn't have time for them to fix it). Let's see what that discount is and how the mani holds up. But at least they take their customers seriously!
