I usually go there for manicure and pedicure with Hanni. Hanni is great and professional and does her job really well. This time I was assigned a “freelancer” and it was terrible. I was bleeding and got an infection on my pedicure because she did not know what she was doing and hurt me. I would only go there again for a pedicure if it’s with Hanni, and not the “freelancer” again.

I had been before and it was so-so but my friend really liked it so I thought I would try again. For my pedicure while the nails are ok, she did not do anything to my soles/dead skin. I thought maybe they didn't do it at this salon, but when I was close to being done I saw the one next to me getting her dead skin cleaned and she was getting the same treatment as me. When I asked the pedicurist (in german and in english) she just nodded no and walked away, and ignoring me.It was a bad experience
