Overall I felt the price didn't match the manicure. Everything at my station was dirty and it was grossing me out. I was told they couldn't file and soak off my gel for the removal instead of the drill because it takes so long. Then they proceeded with the removal and went too heavy with the drill on my nails which was the exact issue I was trying to avoid.

Not the quality I expected, specially for the price. The utensils she used with me were not sterilized, and not even cleaned. For almost 50€, I was expecting a more professional service: the gel looks pretty thick (I had to file under my thumb nail at home to get rid of the residue that was left), my cuticles don’t look clean and the shape is odd in some of the nails. She was also not willing to take too much feedback to correct the things I pointed out.
