This salon shouldn’t even be on treatwell website. They don’t treat well at all. I gave them few chances. The first visit was nice, they didn’t have many clients then. Now it’s ten square meters, 3 manicure stands, two pedicure spots and it’s crazy. I don’t know who run it but I assume they want their money fast and not to last.
I booked via treatwell two times - both times my visit was late (around 30min!) and it’s not like I’m waiting for the Rolling Stones concert. I just want my nails done.
First booked visit was for pedicure and it was an hour before closing. The girl was in rush, she cut my skin and the overall pedicure looked like it was made by a 6-year-old. Second booked visit was manicure and I wanted to call and make sure they are ready and I don’t have to wait, so I called - no one picked up. When I came on time, after 30 min of waiting I got informed that I have to wait additional 10-20. It’s so close to my place but NEVER AGAIN.
