The ambience was amazing and the girls were super nice and warm. Sadly, I lost more than 30 lashes on just the first two days from what I could count, maybe even more secretly. I did not put any water or products on my eyes for two days. After a week, I can confidently say that I have maybe 4 lashes on my left eye and maybe 10 on my right eye left:( sadly, for me it did not work, although I like the idea of foregoing mascara..

I specifically booked with Hani but when I arrived they put me with someone else (with less experience) without even asking. I booked eyebrow waxing but she plucked with tweezers, ignored my request, caused unnecessary pain and left terrible results. Both the brows and lash lift dragged on for 1h45 instead of the usual 1h15 with Hani. I am extremely angry. This was unprofessional, disrespectful and by far my worst experience here.
