The lady made fun of the work of the nail technician I always go to (now I can't anymore because I moved) and then despite the huge confidence, the result is super ugly. She didn't paint the sides and she hurt the skin around my nails on almost all of my fingers. ouch:(
My toenails also turned out to be terrible. The surface is bumpy and the color looks cheap. Even though I used to have a good experience in this salon, I will never go back.

Came on time and had to wait a lot to start getting my nails done. Someone had termin after me and was attended first, probably because the favor who's going to pay more. She didn't finish my shellac well and said she didn't finish it well because it's the cheapest technique from the price list. Absolutely non sense, not going back.

Die Entspannung durch die kräftige Öl-Massage war perfekt und hat meine Rückenverspannung fast vollkommen verschwinden lassen.
In der Atmosphäre Nagelstudios hätte ich das nicht erwartet, aber ich war sehr froh dass ich trotz vieler Kundinnen spontan einen Termin bekam.
Xuan ist sehr sympathisch und wir haben uns nett unterhalten.

I loved my gel nails by Xuan. But I don't appreciate waiting 1 hr to start when I had an appointment. I had to come another day for my pedicure, because I "only" allocated 2 hours to wait and had to leave, they were very late. This has happened before. I would be willing to pay more to be seen at the right time, there's no point to make an appointment if they can't see you at that time. I'm too busy to be sitting around waiting. For this reason, it'll be hard for me to make time to come again.
