I find the service quality here to be extremely inconsistent between staff members. Since you cannot choose who will attend to you, the experience feels like a lottery. During my visit, it was quite striking to observe the difference in service between the staff member working with me and the one assisting the client next to me.
This kind of variation is disappointing. When you book and pay for a service, you should receive the same level of care, professionalism, and attention regardless of which staff member is assigned to you. Greater alignment and standardization among the team would significantly improve the overall experience.

I was really impressed with how clean and organized this nail salon . Everything looked fresh and hygienic, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were kind and gentle, and they did a great job on my nails. The result was beautiful and lasted well. I would definitely recommend this place.
