The appointment started off very weirdly. First of all, they seemed to not understand German or English good enough to have a conversation. They wanted a QR Code even though I showed them the appointment and receipt on Treatwell. They kept taking my phone and looking at it trying to figure it out. Eventually, one of them looked at an app on their phone, saw my name, showed it to me and asked if it was me. I guess that confirmed it for them. They weren't the happiest and friendliest bunch of people. The pedicure was just ok. My feet were soaked in lukewarm water. She cut my toenails and scraped my feet, rubbed some peeling gel and then lotion. My toenails weren't all cut very well. I had to fix them later at home. They didn't ask if I wanted them painted. I would have been happy to pay extra. Their menu didn't give enough detail of what was included. Then I had tips put on my nails. That turned out ok, as well. A couple of my nails were filed a bit crooked and my thumbnails are 2 different sizes. The place itself is conveniently located in the Mall of Berlin. It's nothing too special. I wouldn't call it clean. There was food left out. They all seemed to just dump their things in what looked like the massage room. The pedicure tub area was leaking all over the floor. All in all, it was ok, but not somewhere to go if you are looking to get pampered.

Es ging schnell. Es war mir wichtig weil ich die Pediküre während der Mittagspause erledigte. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mit mir kaum gesprochen, machte aber alles ordentlich. Insgesamt macht das Studio einen guten Eindruck .
