Ich war wie immer total begeistert von der Frisette!!! War nicht mein erster und auch nicht letzter Termin bei ihr! Top und weiter so bitte!

Auf treatwell spontan für den nachsten Tag gebucht, Damenhaarschnitt ab Kinnlänge für 31,- Euro - auch online bezahlt, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Im bunten Salon wusste man, dass ich komme. Dass ich bereits bezahlt habe, hab ich vorsichtshalber vorher gesagt. Das konnte auch mit wenigen Klicks nachgeschaut werden. Ich bin seit langem mal wieder richtig glücklich über meinen neuen Haarschnitt, obwohl ich schmerzhaft viele Haare lassen musste, weil sie so kaputt waren. Ich bekam sowohl von Lucilla als auch ihrem Kollegen Ori eine ausgiebige Beratung, wie ich meine Haare in Zukunft gesund halten könne. Eine Kur habe ich als Extra Behandlung spontan dazu gebucht. Es war ein unglaublich netter und entspannter Friseurbesuch und ich habe damit MEINEN Friseur für die kommenden Haarschnitte gefunden.

Overpriced and definitely overrated! I went there because of all the positive reviews. What a mistake! Lucella is quite rude and has no care or attention to detail in her work. The haircut and dye I got have nothing to do with what I wanted: she cut my hair way too short, chopped it with no care, as if she were in a rush and the dye was nothing like what I explained I wanted. What I got, although not terrible, is quite mediocre. It would have been ok if the price was the one I had paid previously on treatwell. But in the end I had to pay extras. For 140€ I expected at least to leave the salon with my hair dry and my face without dye stains! I wouldn't recommend it unless your standards are very low.

I went to Lucella on recommendation to salvage my hair after a prolonged bout of hair loss. She brought some shape back into it, but I was so intimidated by her comments while she was cutting my hair that I didn’t dare say that the cut didn’t really was what I had hoped for... I am sorry (and a bit afraid) to have to write this, because she has very fair prices and a very individual salon. I had the feeling that I definitely annoyed her when I didn’t buy the product she offered to me. In a nutshell: it’s easy to see that Lucella is a long-time pro with a one-of-a-kind salon and very fair prices. The conversational tone is a matter of what taste though. Nonetheless: thank you, Lucella! P.S. I hope I don’t get an angry comment back :-)
