It’s a meaningful activity I enjoy in my free time alongside my full-time role as an engineering manager at an international tech company in Berlin. My Menu Includes:

Lomi Lomi: A rhythmic, full-body massage using the forearms and long, flowing strokes, often called "the loving hands" massage.
Balinese: A traditional treatment combining gentle stretches, acupressure, and long, stimulating strokes to relieve muscle pain and boost energy.
Classical (Swedish): The foundational and most popular massage technique, perfect for reducing muscle tension, improving circulation, and promoting general relaxation.
Relaxation: A lighter, gentle massage focused purely on soothing your nervous system and melting away everyday stress and anxiety.
Ayurvedic Treatments:
- Abhyanga: A traditional, nourishing full-body massage using warm herbal oils, aiming to detoxify and balance your body’s energies.
- Udvartana: A stimulating dry massage using herbal powders and a little oil. It’s excellent for exfoliation, improving circulation, and leaving your skin glowing.
- Shiroabhyanga: A deeply calming and restorative hot oil massage focused on the head, neck, and shoulders, perfect for relieving headaches and mental fatigue.
