The location ist great and offer a chill atmosphere. I received a great coffee while waiting for my appointment - i came earlier this time. My stylist was great! I just had a few communication problems by describing the length of the Haircut I wanted. We took Fotos for the next time- to make sure it's easier. Was an amazing day

While the rest of the team was super nice to me, R. couldn’t follow my instructions - and I showed him several pictures of myself a few months ago, so a perfectly possible haircut for my hair and face types. He took extremely long to do it and when he said “done” it was still very far from the picture, I had to push him around 3 times to get there. Left the salon very frustrated with the experience of having to nudge a hairdresser several times even if he has several clear references.
