The first time I am giving a bad rating and it's not even about the end result. I actually liked the way my hair turned out but the whole process was awful. The guy who did my hair was so rough - he pulled my hair so hard, brushed it really roughly and honestly it was really painful just getting a blow dry. He was so rough with pulling that it felt like he was doing so much damage to my hair. I'm not normally sensitive to pain especially when getting my hair done, which I have been doing for over 10 years but I've never had it actually hurt me like this experience! Even the dying part was very rushed and hence was sore and harsh. Definitely will not return even though I liked the result, its not worth that pain again!
