My work combines gentle abdominal bodywork inspired by Chi Nei Tsang with the principles of mediation.
Many people carry stress, emotional tension or unresolved situations in their belly without realising it. When tension accumulates in this area, it can affect breathing, digestion and our overall sense of balance.
Through precise and attentive abdominal work, the body can gradually release these tensions. As the body relaxes, clients often experience a sense of lightness, calm and mental clarity.
Sessions are calm, respectful and adapted to each person’s needs.
