As a massage therapist myself, I am very selective about the skills, experience, and intuition I look for in a massage therapist. Jaina has so much of all these things, and it's so easy to let go fully in sessions with her. In each session she attunes to and addresses my body's needs, both what I communicate in advance and what she finds on the way. It always feels like exactly what my body and mind need to be able to deeply let go, to reset, and rebalance. Also, after Jaina's sessions, that relaxed balance really lingers and I can always feel the after effects too. Thank you for your skilled and caring bodywork!
