Unfortunately the staff talked negatively about me, my friend and other customers so I felt very uncomfortable. Obviously they assumed that the customers in the salon don’t understand their language. Such a shame and no way to treat customers.

I’ve been to this salon six times and was only satisfied with Hana, who listens and does great work. Despite booking her on Treatwell, I was never assigned to her. Other staff never did what I asked, even when I showed photos. Wrong colors, poor communication, and unhygienic work with torn gloves. Staff even discussed me in front of me during the service—completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Only Hana is worth recommending.
