Received an amazing sports massage by the talented Georgios. Thank you for a strong and invigorating session. My muscles feel better after some long flights and Muay Thai training. My friends also got massages a few days before the Berlin marathon and they were very impressed by Georgios. If you’re looking for ZOI, it’s located in the Q33 store to the right of the knife store on street level.
I live in Honolulu, Hawaii and flew 25 hours in planes and trains to run the Berlin Marathon. Made an appointment for the Friday before the race to recover from the travel and get my body right for race day. After some initial hiccups finding the place and appointment confusions, finally settled in Friday evening to get my massage. Let me tell you, Georgios has hands that could end wars, or possible start them. He was able to find some points that opened up my hips, relieved some knee pain I was having, and increased the range of motion in my lower body by 10-15” I would guess. He warned me that Saturday I would probably be sore but that on race day he thought I would be much faster with his adjustments. Race day morning I woke up feeling great and ready to run. While I did not set my personal marathon record, it wasn’t Georgios’s fault. (There were brutal conditions temperature wise on Sunday.) My legs felt great the entire race. They even felt great the next day when I was at Oktoberfest in Munich and dancing on tables 24 hours after running a marathon. I really wish I could find a Georgios here in Hawaii. I would set up an appointment every month.
