The work was pretty done well and the beautician was sympathetic, but I was very surprised of several things :
- the massage table wasn't stable, it was in balance on a piece of wood
- there was no paper on the imitation leather table (but I saw the beautician clean it after the appointment with some wet papers so I guess it was "clean")
- The beautician didn't disinfect my skin before waxing,
- for the armpit, she didn't applied talc, and worst : she use the roll-on on my (wet)skin when it was at least 25 degrees. So you can imagine the pain because the wax was sticking on me. I had sticky armpits when I was leaving the salon, and bonus : some red marks during 2 days..

Lisa is a professional and a very nice lady. It was quick (10 min max), not painful and the result is just amazing. I'm completely satisfied.
