Super schöne Nägel und sehr nette Atmosphäre im Salon. Normalerweise gehe ich woanders hin, aber ab heute ist das mein neuer Lieblingssalon

The front desk woman was kind and tried her best to explain everything and build some raport with me in English, I appreciate it a lot. Luka was kind and had a warm personality. Thank you!
However, the descriptions of the services don’t match the actual service.
Both Maniküre and Pediküre promise a duration of 40min and nail polish of your choice. When I arrived they told me they do not have normal nail polish but only shelack. Which costs extra 20€ to apply. I got it in my hands and the finish is not clean. Borders are irregular in the cuticles. Regarding the Pediküre, it lasted only 15min and I got no nail polish.
I paid 55€ for 10min Maniküre, shelack application in my nails with rough finish and a 15min Pediküre with no nail polish. I feel robbed.
I encourage you to write more accurate descriptions for your services, so you guys promise what we will actually get and therefore avoid mismatched expectations that end up in bad reviews.
