It was my second visit at the salon. My fitst visit was when they had just opened the doors for the public so they had some decent offers. I had my haircut and was pleased with it.
My second appointment years later was a nightmare. I never really thought my hair matters that much but after a Balayage at Miss Samira I realised it does matter.
I have extremely fine hair and it’s natural blonde with a bit of ashy tint. I had first booked for Highlights to get more a even colour and to get rid of the ashyness. She clearly had no clue how a Balayage is done. She showed me pictures of how she could make it look and it turned out to be hours of disaster!
She wanted to add a slightly light brown colour to my roots but seen as she had no knowledge about fine hair my roots came out so dark. It looked absolutely horrendous! I panicked! Started to cry! She said she fix it...
She worked alongside her partner and spoke purely Turkish. I was placed where they wash hair and got so many harsh chemicals put in my hair it felt like my scalp was on fire... hours later, having no clue what’s going on in my hair, it still looked horrendous.
I paid 100euros for a total disaster!!!??
She gave me the offer to come back in 2 weeks but I would never return because I do not trust Miss Samira with my hair!
