The staff told me I couldn't get the required service as they were not aware of the appointment.
Which was a bit of a shocker as we had a confirmation from the app. The staff spent over 45 mins talking with the owner who finally agreed to provide a refund.
Very bad experience and poor management and ended up feeling stressed with no service and had to go to a different place for a massage.
Please train your staff on administration or else there is no point being on this app if you cannot accommodate customers.
