Nachdem ich bei meinem letzten Friseur mehrfach schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, bin ich auf "Püppikram" gestoßen. Rundum perfekt! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und weiß: Man will nie wieder woanders hin. Ennie hat mir eine tolle Frisur gezaubert. Vielen Dank und bis bald!

Everything is great, the hairdressers are very nice. I was convinced to do the extra facial which feels great. However, everything added up too quickly in terms of costs--for eg. asking for a quick front hair cut (only on the forehead) turned into an extra €30 charge!! And the facial was supposed to be 49,9€ but because it was 15' longer I was charged another €20! So my visit with the intended budget of €110 quickly blew to €300 (not including product--which was my choice to buy). Overall pretty happy with the result--except I didn't get the balayage I wanted but more like an ombre and have to come back another time for highlight--which I am not sure if I am willing to spend on yet; as the hairdresser explained my hair is still too dark for the style that I wanted. But it's still very out of my budget so not sure if I can afford another visit. So I would say, really nice one-time experience.
