Please could you reach out to me I’m super unhappy with the result I paid almost 100 euros for lashes extensions and it’s like nothing happened there’s literally no difference. My lash line is not more full than before and they don’t seem super resistant.

Very disappointing experience. During the treatment I was suddenly handed over to another employee without explanation. The eyebrow shaping took about 40 seconds and barely made any difference. At home I noticed large dye stains around my brows. The lash lift was done far too strongly and my lashes ended up bent instead of nicely lifted. Even the dirty tiny mirror at the end felt unprofessional. Positive point: the studio refunded me. Still very upsetting, especially right before my wedding.
