First of all, the perm didn't even last a day - now I just look like I have really bad damaged chemically-fried hair. The girl (not the owner) just fried up my hair without examining the condition of my hair first (which a "hair stylist" is supposed to do), so now it's fried up like a old, used-up broom. Once she permed it and "styled it", which she just blow dried the ends for 10 minutes without realizing that the ends were literally dying and tangled up. Eventually, the ends were so damaged that she had to cut it. I didn't know the cut was included in the price, but she charged me 10 euros extra. I had permed my hair for 10 years and never had such a terrible experience in my life. The products they used were just so cheap that it now looks like my hair has been fried up in a microwave. If the waves were still there, I wouldn't be as upset. Half of my hair is straight and the other half is frizzy and dead. Please do not get your hair permed here if you want to your hair to live.

ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die verwendetes Haarpflege war richtig klasse. Die Haare glänzten anschließend, war besser zu frisieren. Ich bin begeistert. Und der Schnitt: Eigentlich kann ich die Augen zu machen, sagen: "Mach mal" und es wird, wie ich es möchte.
