I have been at this place for 5 times. The first time in the beginning of this year and then ongoing. I was very satisfied with the first 2 visits. I made hair treatments, eyebrows corrections and colouring and manicure. It was a very professional approach, very good service level and the best care of me as a customer. For that, I would give 5 stars from 5. I was happy to pay for that what I got. But that employees are not anymore in this studio. About the last 3 times, I can not say so good words. I think something very much changed and it is worse. I am every time asked again and again am I for the first time at this place. I will describe every one of these visits: I did pedicure and employee was not experienced. She really did not know how to do that good. She tried, but she did not manage to do it at a professional level. Then I was in this studio for eyebrow correction and colouring. That did a guy which should not do this job from my point of view. And the last time I was for a hair treatment and styling. I liked the styling and I do not have anything to say about that, but I do not think that hair treatment part was worth money I paid. I read a description what it includes and that was not done properly. If that costs extra 35 EUR then from my as customer perspective that should include a message, not only leaving something in the hair and then washing it out. I have never experienced it this way. In the end, I did not get a receipt with a description which services have been done and what it cost. I did not experience that never before not at this place and not in any other studio in Hamburg. I think that this studio is in a perfect location with a very nice interior and could be working very successfully. But the last months employees are so much changing and they are not good at their job what they are doing. It is obvious that there are coming less customers and after my last experiences, I will also not come back. This place is not worth that money what they are asking for services anymore. I am sorry that it is like that, but it is my honest opinion. I wish You to find a good way for improvements to get back from average to luxury.

Wenn ich Noten geben dürfte dann eine 1*. Ihr seid einfach perfekt! Ich fühle mich pudelwohl bei Euch. Ein kleines Manko, der Preis, aber dass ist schon Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Katastrophe, preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Es gab noch nicht mal eine anständige Kopfmassage beim Shamponieren. Schnitt ist nicht gleich. Farbe stimmt zwar aber ich habe immer noch einen Ansatz.

Ich war zum spitzen schneiden da und bin super unzufrieden! Mir wurde viel mehr abgeschnitten wie ich es vorher gesagt hatte.. Mein schräger Pony ist auch verschnitten, sodass ich nun zu einem anderen Friseur zum nachschneiden gehe.
Es wurde zwar gründlich gearbeitet (2 Stunden für Spitzen schneiden) aber am Ende musste ich für alles einen Aufpreis zahlen ( Kur, Styling) obwohl mir das vorher nicht gesagt wurde und ich die Haare nur normal geföhnt haben wollte. Fazit: das war mein erster und letzter Besuch!
