I got a discount offer in Treatwell for this booking and the stylist kept coming with reasons to add extra money. Reasons that make no sense because I have been a customer of the Kamm 2 cut salons for years and never heard such comments before. The cut turned out okay but the styling was truly disappointing. I was offered coffee that was nice

Ich bin so so begeistert! Einfach alles war super. Ich bin unglaublich zufrieden mit meinen Haaren, danke Dave. Meine Reaktion war literally: „Wow“. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Ich hatte das komplette Paket: Waschen, Schneiden, Strähnchen, Färben, Föhnen und Olaplex. Ist mindestens genauso gut geworden, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte, wenn nicht besser :)

You pay online, but they charge there an extra for anything other than minimal cutting. It's weird, but alright, they claim it's informed on the website (but not really). The problem is that there's no transparency on how much this extra would be. The woman there told me 10, the guy said 15. It feels like they charge whatever they feel like. The haircut is good, but whoever is managing that place is doing an awful job.
