The basic manicure was super quick, about 25min and done perfectly. I really liked Pia, she is very capable and friendly. Was a pleasure and I will surely come back.

Did not get acknowledged when I walked in. Got told what huge nails I have about 10 times. Only other time she really talked to me apart from that, was when she tried selling me an upgrade. I had to say no to that 3 (!) times. The rest of the time she acted like I was a burden and kept sighing and looking at her phone. Definitely not as it claims an "inclusive retail destination" Never felt so uncomfortable getting my nails done, especially in what's supposed to be a safe space.

The design was beautiful and the master was friendly, I liked the vibe in salon, but the manicure itself was bad! While cutting cuticle in two fingers, I started to bleed and then needed to wear plaster (well, on my freshly done nails) for 2 following days :(
