Everything went fine. I was directly taken care of and the hairdresser talked to me before the shampoo to know what I wanted and if it was possible to do it. I especially enjoyed the head massage and the cut. The people are really nice and you feel that the hairdresser has time to take care of you. That is a plus for me. It sure is a bit more expensive than your usual berliner hairdresser but the service is there.
