I actually liked the salon and yuki’s Lash services. But she confront me about leaving a “bad” review (3stars) when I went today for my lashes. So I’m here to elaborate on my review and to update.
Why I only gave three stars: i had pain (3times) during the lash service when the glue stuck to my lower lashes and they had to be separated by force. The lashes grew too much and since the touch up was to add lashes and not replace the existing ones, the existing lashes started to poke into my eyelids a week after touch up and I had to get everything removed(not by iramasure cause I wasn’t able to get any appointments within a week)
But I really liked the salon and I liked Yuki and I wanted a salon where I can trust. hence I just pressed 3 stars without thinking much (since treatwell likes to spam emails after every visit!)
But today, for my new lash appointment, I was confronted by Yuki as I was on the lash bed. She said that she knew it’s me who left a bad review since she has my name and number from treatwell.
I asked her to elaborate as she insisted that i have written a bad review for her online. I insisted on her showing me what she claimed, it turned out that it’s because I only left her 3 stars instead of the usual 5 stars the salon has been getting. l I felt really humiliated from the confrontation and left the salon in tears unable to defend myself since my German is bad and they couldn’t understand my English. Also because the salon has my name and telephone number.
If this is how the salon keeps up it’s 5 stars review, by confronting its customers who left less than 5 stars, please consider again before leaving your name here.
