Atsuko ruined my air-touch highlights that I spent 6 months and 500 euro to achieve. Instead of tinting my hair darker blond I got almost BLACK colour. I regret trusting my hair to this salon. I wrote an email to the salon but they ignored me. They seem professional from the first glance, but when they make a RUDE mistake like this they simply don't care.
