The experience itself was pleasant. However, I am not entirely happy with the result. I came for a touch up on my previously done permanent hair straightening (done in the same salon, but a different stylist), which had been amazing. This time, the hair didn't come out as straight, it is still wavy in some spots which is a pity because it looks a bit odd. Maybe it is normal with touch ups? Was a different chemical/method used? My hair was in the same state as before. I might try again though!
