Ilona at Haarwerkstatt Black Label brought my damaged, naturally wavy hair back to life with her great advice and amazing skills. I've been searching for a stylist whose opinions and talent I can trust, and I'm really happy with having coming across Ilona. I described what I liked in a hairstyle, what I want to change, and issues I've had with my hair and based on that, she was able to guide me on what to do regarding the cut. She took her time and made sure to check-in at key points during the process so that I'd be happy with the results. Best cut I've gotten in years– seriously!
The salon itself is clean, modern, and relaxing. AC to keep you cool in the heat, drinks available, and plenty of space so you don't feel rushed or cramped. The salon staff were friendly and helpful, and even with my appointment being somewhat last minute- they were accomodating and gave great service. Danke!

I gave clear instruction that I only wanted minimal length taken off as I have a wedding coming up. Ilona was reassuring and skilled, helpfully recommended the right treatment for my hair and styled it just how I asked. Plus the 90s playlist was perfect for a Saturday morning ;)
