What can I say - I simply have not received the service that I booked. I booked a haircut with hot scissors around 3 weeks in advance, but I had to wait for 45 minutes without any explanation while one hairdresser was running among 3-4 customers, many of who I knew were just walk-in men, and they let them in before me even if I had an appointment in place and lost my weekend's time to get there. But seeing how the hairdressers work, I decided not to wait any longer. They use same dirty scissors on all customers, not cleaning them after usage. They cut directly on dry hair, I haven't seen one customer having their hair washed properly before cutting. I decided to have at least thread hair removal (how can you do that wrong?). The lady didn't disinfect neither my face nor her fingers before or after the procedure, and any eyebrow/face specialist will tell you that it's forbidden. But she was apparently in a hurry. I can now only hope I won't get any infection from her disgusting fingers. Never again will I go to this horrible joke of a place.
