After having gone through a few bad salons in Berlin this salon is my best choice (Second time). However, as is most salons here, they don’t seem to be as experienced with natural nails. They are rough with the nails, thin the nail bed out way too much, and when you raise this instead of listening they are defensive. Today the nail drill slipped twice on my nail slightly hurting me, and didnt receive a sorry. They are very good just need to improve on listening what the client wants.
