I selected the Gesichtsbehandlung 'Fresh and Go' 55min for 65,00 EUR on the Treatwell site. However when I arrived at the salon, this treatment did not exist. Instead I was told I had booked the Gesichtsbehandlung 'Fresh and Go' 35min for 55,00 EUR, which was a reduced version of the treatment offered on the Treatwell site. My therapist then actually recommended that I have the treatment I had wanted, only this was called by a different name in the salon, and instead cost 79,00 EUR. She was particular keen to recommend this to me, as it included 'Manuelle Ausreinigung', which she thought I needed. As I definitely wanted the 'Manuelle Ausreinigung' and wasn't sure what the difference was between what I had chosen online and what was being offered, I agreed to pay the 79,00 EUR and go for the treatment being recommended. The treatment lasted around 50-55minutes but did not include the 'manuelle ausreinigung' because the therapist didn't think my face would react well to the treatment. I was shocked by this, as she was originally encouraging me to pay extra for this treatment. Throughout the session, one of her colleagues kept coming in to look for things she needed, and this colleague decided this was an opportune moment to have a chat with my therapist, which was very distracting and not relaxing. In all, I felt that I had been upsold and overcharged, given that a key element of the treatment I selected was not included, and not very relaxed by the end of the treatment.
