They are very focused on customer satisfaction. I had a concern from my first appointment which was ofcourse due to miscommunication from my side. But they took it seriously and made sure that I will have no complaints the next time. Their staff does their best to meet customer expectations. They create a safe space for your to discuss your skin concerns and they make sure to treat your skin the right way as per your condition. I am really very happy to find them!

Schöner Salon, tolle Atmosphäre, nette Mitarbeiterinnen - man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Und auch die Behandlung war super. Leonie ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.
