I think the place is not suited for waxing. It has poor hygiene conditions, it was too dirty and too chaotic. The place where I was taken for waxing had jackets from the staff hanging and no place for me to hang my clothes and books on the waxing table. There was no towel or paper on the mattress, only a blanket that was not changed between clients. In my opinion they should clean the place more often, respect hygiene procedures and me more organised. I felt that I was in another reality world, to be honest and I've never experienced a place with this conditions in Europe. I hope this would be taken in account and also the online booking for this establishment didnt work and I asked about this and they mention that they don't check the online bookings.

Ich musste erstmal warten, trotz Termin und vorpünktlichen erscheinen, bis ich dran kam, da sie mit ihren eigenen “termin“ noch nicht fertig war. Es waren Haare auf dem Kissen und das wax war nicht richtig vorgewärmt und auch zu wenig.
