Came for a haircut, which was fine although there was confusion with my appointment time. Confirmed a loc retwist for the next day. Came to the appointment, and the loctician was not there and I was told after waiting for 20 minutes that they weren’t coming. They told me that the “system made a mistake” and that I couldn’t book the time even though I confirmed it in person the previous day. They didn’t even offer another appointment time or anything. Would not recommend coming here.

The guy moved my appointment, the shop is not where it says it is on the map and when I called to find the location they never picked up the phone or responded to my texts
