I understand that they don't want to engage and interact too much with the customer, and overall, they are nice. Still, the last time there was some internal issue, and they were talking with each other very intensely, they stopped my treatment and were looking at some pictures. It was weird and unnecessary.

Auffüllen gebucht, sollte allerdings das abfeilen extra bezahlen. Hygiene nicht vorhanden, lediglich die Nagelhautschere wurde mit einem Spritzer Desinfektionsmittel „gereinigt“. Das Ergebnis ist schön, wenn auch nicht die Form die ich wollte. Ich glaube sie hat mich einfach nicht verstanden. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Die Arbeit alleinstehend absolut solide, das Drumherum, bedarf deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf.
