I really like the ambience, cleanliness and overall place. The treatment was well done, although I feel that one eye is different. But, this could be due to my own lashes asymmetry, I don't do this lift often so I will have to check on it in the future if it's the same. Surprisingly, I was a bit cold but of course there are blankets available if needed which is really nice. The music is always great and appropriate and other staff & clients were also quiet/gentle when speaking.

Ich hatte ein Lashlift + Farbe und meine Wimpern sind wunderschön geworden.
Terminvereinbarung war einfach und schnell und obwohl ich zu früh da war, musste ich nicht warten.
Was mich leicht irritiert hat ist, dass es absolut keinerlei Aufklärung vorab gab. Was wenn jemand Allergien hat? Muss man bei derart Behandlungen nicht sonst irgendwas lesen, ausfüllen und unterschreiben?
Und dass man automatisch davon ausgeht, dass ich englisch kann. Gut kann ich, die nächste Kundin vielleicht nicht

Ich bin Anfängerin in Sachen Augenbrauen-Styling, und Valentina hat auf meinen Wunsch ganz zart gefärbt und gezupft. Vielleicht bin ich das nächste Mal ein bisschen mutiger (von lichtbraun zu mittelbraun) …
