Being someone suffering from perpetual tension in my jaw and neck, I liked the sound of a face, mouth and neck massage.
The process begins with tea and a conversation before a short sound bath ritual. The jaw/neck massage itself brings intense relaxation; you actually feel the tension and stress draining away. Finishing with a luxurious face massage, I felt blissed out and serene all day!
