I was in to have my eyebrows waxed on Friday, and am very disappointed with the experience. I have been having my eyebrows waxed or threaded for at least 15 years now, and my skin is always quite red after. However, this time it was much worse when she finished the waxing treatment. Within an hour of leaving Wheadon, the skin under my right eyebrow was completely raw, red and forming into a terrible scab. I am not sure whether she burned my skin, or tore the skin completely off, but my face has a very large, painful wound.
This is not the first time I have been to Wheadon, and other times I have had much better experiences. However, the waxing treatments at Wheadon are NOT cheap, and this just shouldn't happen. I don't know how long this will take to heal, but I would definitely reconsider going back after this experience.
