My consultation was not in depth at all, I was not shown what the results would look like before the treatment, it’s as if the person was in a hurry to just get it done and go home. And then they left in between my appointment, someone else attended me who was not even responsible for the toning. Why book appointment if you’re not available for the entire duration of it?! I ended up with hair darker than my natural hair color, and it ruined my expensive balayage which is barely visible now!!!!
