Terrible customer service - the technician kept sighing and shaking her head while she was waxing me and kept trying to pull off the wax while it was still wet, which obviously didn’t make me feel comfortable while I was getting the most vulnerable part of myself waxed. When I asked what the problem was, she blamed me for why things were not going smoothly and asserting that she was doing her job but the result was not good because of me (hair thickness, sweat, etc.). I’ve gotten waxed a lot before (even at this location) and have never felt less comfortable at an appointment. I will not be coming back and would advise any friend to not come here. I know it’s Berlin but it wouldn’t be hard to just be a little nicer during this exposing treatment.
