I've had the same colour and cut for years (toned, bleached, bob) and have never had any issues with it, but I left this salon after 3 hours with my scalp red raw, & hair falling out everywhere. It was painful and I felt really shaken. Even now, several days later, my hair continues to fall out. After I complained I was told that this was "normal". I have never left a negative review before but these guys did a terrible job & I thought potential customers should know.
