Was waiting for half an hour after my appointment was supposed to start, they were obviously understaffed, after 30min I just left ( noone was even at the reception desk for these 30min so noone to complain to). I had multiple appointments at this salon before, but this was obviously the last one, since 1) this is not the first time i had to wait too long 2) there is no way to choose who will do waxing, sometimes you are lucky, sometimes not.

Könnte sauberer sein mit dem waxing. An manchen Stellen war es nicht gut gewachst.
